Admiral Investment serves as the publicly visible entity of the founding family. We act as a dedicated secretariat for a broad spectrum of family investments.
Originally established in Hong Kong in 2013 as Admiral Investment Limited, the firm was 100% owned by staff and focused on regulated asset management activities between 2013 and 2025.
安泓投資為創辦家族的對外平臺。我們作為專責秘書處，為廣泛多元的家族投資提供全方位服務。

我們的歷史和演變
2013: Founded and licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities.
2013–2025: Operated as a licensed entity with a track record in real estate-focused investments, REITs, and other cash-generating strategies. During this period, we launched real estate funds, advised various funds, expanded services to family offices and third-party white label funds, and managed leveraged independent accounts.
2025: Returned the SFC licenses and ceased regulated activities. This strategic shift allows us to concentrate fully on assisting the founding family in managing its own balance sheet investments.
While we no longer engage in regulated activities, we are proud of our licensed history from 2013 to 2025, which reflects our longstanding commitment to professionalism, compliance, and disciplined investment philosophy.

Today, Admiral Investment functions primarily as the family's public-facing platform and operational secretariat. The family investment centers on a resilient portfolio of cash flow generating assets. We exclusively serves the family's balance sheet, and we will not serve outside capital.
We prioritize quality over speculation, with investments spanning multiple asset classes and geographies to achieve diversification and income reliability.
