


Since its establishment in 2013, Admiral Investment has achieved several significant milestones. From 2007 to 2013, the founder served as the Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific Securities Department of a large foreign fund, overseeing a portion of a global real estate fund. In 2014, Admiral launched its first Asia-Pacific real estate fund focused on REITs listed in Japan, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Over the years, Admiral provided advisory services to various funds and expanded its clientele to include listed real estate companies, financial holding corporations, insurance companies, and institutional investors. In 2020 and 2021, Admiral ventured into leveraged independent accounts and offered advisory services for third-party global real estate and infrastructure funds. In 2022, Admiral established non-real estate income and growth accounts for the founder's family, serving as a capital base for co-investment projects. In 2025, Admiral has returned its SFC license to focus on building an investment portfolio funded by its own balance sheet.

From 2007 to 2013, the founder worked for a large foreign fund and served as the Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific Securities Department, managing the Asia-Pacific portion (approximately 20-30 billion USD) of a 10 billion USD global real estate fund.

In 2013, Admiral was established and licensed by the SFC to carry out Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities. In 2014, Admiral launched its first Asia-Pacific real estate fund, focusing on REITs listed in Japan, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Admiral started advising its first third-party white label fund in 2015. Through the years, Admiral has advised funds focusing on Asia Pacific REITs, REITs and Infrastructure trusts, and later Global REITs.

In 2017, Admiral first provided paid advisory services to a family office, offering advice on their long-term investment strategies. In 2022, Admiral set up non-real estate income and growth accounts for the founder's family, which serves as Admiral's capital base in co-investment projects.
